Mentoring

We would not be mistaken if we say that the Master-Apprentice Relationship is applied to the Management and Behavioral Science Model. In fact, mentoring is the mentor’s sharing of knowledge and skills in the areas needed by the student or the person. In a way, it is the transference of “experience”. Mentoring is a process of continuous change and development, which is a positive process.

The most famous process of transferring experience known in history; It was between Socrates and Plato (Plato). Socrates transferred his philosophical knowledge and experience to Plato, and after the death of Socrates, Plato transferred his experiences to Aristotle.
