With the Decision No. 5 of the BDU Board of Directors dated July 07, 2023, Mr. Cevdet Kulekci was appointed as ” UKRAINE REPRESENTATIVE “. Official letters regarding the appointment were reported to the Istanbul Governor’s Provincial Directorate General for Civil Society Relations and the Ukraine Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Term of Office: 1 August 2023 – 31 December 2024
