The Green Transformation Platform was established as a multi-stakeholder cooperation network to bring together actors supporting environmental, economic and social transformation in line with sustainable development goals.
The Green Transformation Platform was established with the decision of the BDU Board of Directors dated 02 May 2025 and numbered 4 and will start its activities as of 1 July 2025. It will hold its first meeting in December 2025.
As the International Business People and Diplomats Union (BDU), GREEN TRANSFORMATION is one of our important and privileged components within the PLATFORMS we have established.
Green Transformation Platform Purpose of the Organisation
* To establish cooperation between the business world, public sector, academia and NGOs for a carbon-free economy,
* To produce projects in the fields of green energy, circular economy, waste management, sustainable production and consumption,
* To provide scientific and practical recommendations to policy makers,
* Raising awareness, conducting training and capacity building activities,
Green Transformation Platform Membership Requirements
* To accept the aims and principles of the platform,
* To be active in the field of sustainability,
* Commitment to the founding philosophy, vision, mission, values and principles of the International Business People and Diplomats Union (BDU),
Private Sector Organisations, Public Institutions (Municipalities, Development Agencies, etc.), Universities, Research Centres, Non-Governmental Organisations, Entrepreneurs and Individual Experts can become members of the Green Transformation Platform as individuals.
