BDU President Celebrates “United Nations Day on October 24” with a Message

“The United Nations must be the common voice of all humanity!”

Musa Karademir, President of the BDU International Diplomats’ Union and the SDID Civil Diplomacy Association, made the following statement on the occasion of United Nations Day on October 24:

“The United Nations must serve all of humanity, not a specific group or narrow interests. The UN’s raison d’être is not to protect the interests of the powerful, but to defend justice, peace, and equality for all countries. World peace can be achieved not through double standards, but through universal law, fairness, and shared responsibility.

No country, no society, and no individual should be left behind. By putting its founding principles into practice, the United Nations must once again become the shared conscience and hope of humanity.

We believe that a more just, secure, and sustainable world will only be possible through an approach in which countries listen to one another, differences are embraced as a source of richness, and common solutions are developed for shared challenges.”
