The 2nd Turkish World Strategic Research Congress was held at Haci Bayram Veli University between 16-18 May 2025. Diplomat Muzaffer Akyıldırım, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Diplomats (BDU), made a presentation on “CIS Defence Security Cooperation”. Yasemin Pınar, High Representative of the Union of Diplomats (BDU) to the Turkic World, also attended the congress.
