On 31 October, TABA-Turkish American Businessmen’s Association held a meeting on ‘In the Light of the Republic: The Role of Women in the Business World’ on 31 October. On behalf of BDU, President Musa Karademir and Board Member Mehmet Nuri Kaynar attended the meeting.
In the Light of the Republic: The Role of Women in the Business World meeting was moderated by Burcu Kosem, CEO of Dünya Newspaper. The speakers were Leyla Alaton, Member of the Board of Directors of Alarko Holding, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alvimedica, and Hulya Gedik, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gedik Holding and Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Gedik University.
