Artur Yangibayev, Dubai Representative of the Union of Diplomats (BDU), attended the ‘Mechanised Oil Production, Transport and Refining Meeting’ held in Moscow, Russia on 20-21 March. Yangıbayev, who held meetings with different individuals and organisations during the meeting, also informed business people and investors about BDU’s commercial diplomacy and cooperation.
