Mr. Cevdet Kulekci, Ukraine Representative of the Union of Diplomats (BDU), signed the allocation agreement of 275 hectares (2,750 acres) of land for the establishment of a 150 MW Solar Power Plant in Ukraine. The signing ceremony took place in Ukraine.
