The Union of Diplomats (BDU) will organise a ‘European Union Project Cycle Management Training Seminar’ on 22-23 February. The 2-day training seminar will be free of charge and will be open to students, local administrations and the public, especially non-governmental organisations. At the end of the seminar, participants will receive a ‘certificate’.
