BDU organized a “Workshop on Entrepreneurship and Career from Theory to Practice”

The “Charette on Entrepreneurship and Career Days from Theory to Practice”, organized jointly by Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University and BDU Diplomats Association, was held at the Congress and Culture Center of the university between 26-27 October.

Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Uslu, who made a speech at the opening, said, “Our university, which combines the concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation, which stand out as the most important elements of national economies, with education, thus makes significant contributions to the region where it is located.”

On the first day of the charette, BDU President Musa Karademir made a presentation about the Entrepreneurship ecosystem. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aslihan Nakiboglu, BDU Board of Directors member and Head of the Department of Economic History, explained the historical process and development of entrepreneurship. BDU Board Member Burhan Otçu also talked about the application and the starp-up model. BDU Academic Board Member Prof. Dr. Ozlem Kunday shared her entrepreneurial experiences in Silicon Valley and England-Germany.

On the second day of the charette and B2Bs were organized to bring the business world and students together. On the last day of the workshop, the State Classical Turkish Music Ensemble gave a concert.
