First Prize from Canada
At the ‘International Innovation and Advanced Skills Community (TISIAS)’ held in Toronto, Canada, the “Canada 10th International Invention Innovation Competition-ICAN 2025‘ held in Toronto, Canada, he won the first prize with his ’Artificial Intelligence-Supported Call Centre Project,” which enables communication with 1 million customers within 24 hours.
First Prize at Teknofest for Two Consecutive Years
Prof. Dr. Mehrdad Fojlaley, who won the first prize at Teknofest held in Istanbul this September with the ‘Drone Defense with Electromagnetic Waves’ project, also won the first prize at last year’s Teknofest in Adana with the ‘Vegetable Drying Machine,’ which extends the shelf life of vegetables and fruits in vegetable sections.
BDU’s Institutional Success in R&D and Innovation Projects
BDU, led by Prof. Dr. Mehrdad Fojlaley, Vice President for External Relations of the BDU Diplomats Union, participated in the ‘Inventions and Patents’ competition held at Adana Teknofest and won first prize in the invention/utility model category with its ‘Product for Recovery from Drug Addiction’.
