The Diplomats Union (BDU), Rumeli University, BALGENÇ-Balkan Youth Strategic Cooperation Association, and RUÇAM-Rumeli Studies Application and Research Center will implement the Güney Ferhat Batı Balkans School Project under the “Cooperation Protocol” they have signed.
Güney Ferhat Batı, the 42-year-old Deputy Founding President of the BDU Diplomats Association who passed away on September 9, 2024, worked in the fields of the Balkans and the European Union.
With the implementation of the Güney Ferhat Batı Project, young academics pursuing a master’s or doctorate in Balkan studies will receive free online education. Additionally, each scholarship recipient will receive a total of 12,000 TL in scholarships, amounting to 1,000 TL per month for 12 months.
