Within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed with Istanbul University, the Diplomats’ Union (BDU) presented its first project to the university. The software programme named ‘Who is Guilty Project?’ aims to ease the burden of the Turkish Judicial System. The project, also called Digital Mediation, will be carried out by Taner Akkus on behalf of BDU.
